The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including network outages, natural events, or regulatory requirements. bat3999 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
1.4 Language
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of any bat3999 document and a translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register a bat3999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

2.4 Account Security

2.5 One Account Policy

All payment method accounts used on bat3999 must be registered in the same legal name as your bat3999 account. bat3999 reserves the right to refuse transactions from payment accounts that do not match the registered account holder's identity.
3.2 Deposits
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your bat3999 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000, subject to payment provider limits. bat3999 does not apply any fee to standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
3.3 Withdrawals

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
bat3999 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request where: (a) the account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the requested withdrawal destination does not match the registered account details; (c) there is an ongoing investigation relating to fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious account activity; (d) a chargebacks or disputed transaction is associated with the account; or (e) the withdrawal request triggers bat3999's internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review thresholds.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

5.1 Sports Betting

5.2 Cricket Betting Markets
bat3999's cricket betting suite covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Market availability, minimum and maximum stake limits, and settlement rules for cricket are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the bat3999 Sports Rules section of the platform. In the event of a match abandonment or interruption, bets will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or voided if no official result is determined.
5.3 Casino Games

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error on the bat3999 platform, bat3999 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the relevant accounts. "Void and return" applies to all outcomes arising from a confirmed technical error, including winning outcomes. bat3999 is not liable for errors caused by third-party game providers or payment processors.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat3999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
6.1 Fraud and Financial Crimes
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means, including through stolen payment account credentials.

- Attempting to access another player's bat3999 account without authorisation.
- Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward bat3999 support staff or other platform users.
Section 07
Account Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player
Any bat3999 player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting bat3999 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bat3999 will process the request within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in a verified account will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
7.2 Closure by bat3999
bat3999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months; or at bat3999's discretion where continued operation of an account is deemed contrary to the platform's policies or legal obligations. In cases of closure due to breach, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
bat3999 supports responsible gaming and offers self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion from the account settings panel or by contacting bat3999 support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from bat3999. 7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bat3999 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormant account administration fee. The monthly administration fee applied to dormant accounts will be stated in the applicable platform notification. Dormant account fees will not reduce any balance below zero. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bat3999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bat3999 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bat3999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bat3999, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the bat3999 platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising between you and bat3999 in connection with your account, any wager, or these Terms, you should first contact bat3999 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. bat3999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. All dispute correspondence must be submitted in English. bat3999's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject to your right to seek independent dispute resolution through a recognised third-party adjudication service.
8.5 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players located in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of bat3999 complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to them. bat3999 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
8.6 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
